Hamstrings have been killing me since yesterday after volume squats. It made light squats feel like pretty heavy squats.
Squat light: 120 x 2 x 5.
Press medium: 60 x 3 x 5.
DC: 20 x 8, 18 x 10, 18 x 8, 12.5 x 10.
