New Intensity Day
Bench: 100 x 1, 95 x 1, 102.5 x 1, 97.5 x 1, 100 x 2. All paused.
Squat: 172.5 x 3. Nice.
Deadlift: 175 x 5. Felt good.
Pull ups: 30 x 2 x 2, 20 x 3, 10 x 5, BW x 8.
