Close Grip

Bench: SBB Week 3 day 1. Moderately hard.

Close Grip: 80 x 5, 75 x 5, 70 x 5. All short rest (sr). Holy shit these hit the t ceps like nothing else. I'll run these instead of dips for a while. Just for a bit of variety.

Arnold Press: 24 x 2 x 5 sr

DB Press: 22 x 2 x 5 sr
