Last Night and Today

Didn't start training until about 9pm last night; I don't think I have ever trained that late but it went well. Benched 105 x 4. Pressed: 70 x 5 x 2, 60 x 7.

Today all I did was squats: 150 x 5 x5. Nice.

  2. Pretty sure bro, think you might have hit 105 for 3 at 90+ BW, so yeah, you should be very happy with that.
