Squat: 170 x 5, 165 x 3 x 5. Great squat session.
DL: 160 x 5 (had to start doing these again eventually!)
DB Rows: 40 x 4 x 8. After a run of BB rows, I definitely prefer the dumbell version
BBC: 35 x 2 x 8, 30 x 2 x 8
