The Lean Nightmare

Knee is troubling me and hip flexors are sore,

I just don't think I can go on anymore.

When squats feel heavier but the bar is lighter,

Too succeed, you really have to be a fighter.

After 12 weeks, morale is starting to drop,

I can't go on, this madness has to stop.

Everything just feels so unfair,

My lean dream has turned into a nightmare.

    Secondly, "press 60x4"?? Faark.

    Thirdly, I didn't say anything on the phone, but you've got to get your protein intake back up. Aragon, Mcdonald and Norton all say that when in a deficit, a high protein intake is even more important than when in a surplus. Get it back up over 250 and do it now.
