'Ole Fashion GSLP Reset
Yep, I've reset. And I'm back on a linear progression. I think this might be the most logical way to go about getting back lost strength.
Press: 50 x 5, 5, 10
Chins: 21.25 x 5 x 3
Light Squat
Bench: 60 x 3 x 10
