Last 3 Sessions

Saturday was momentous
Squat: 190 x 5. A solid 5 mind you. Equal PR, better form, less bodyweight.
DL: 160 x 8.

Monday
Bench: 105 x 5, 100 x 2 x 5. Equal PR, less bodyweight.

Tuesday:
Squat: 140 x 3, 160 x 1, 165 x 2, 140 x 2.

  1. Dude, that bench isn't an equal PR, it's an outright PR. I'm pretty sure you'll find you have never hit 105 for more than 4.
